This document establishes the conditions governing the purchase of tickets through the website rutadelosmercaderes.com, owned by the PARROQUIA SAN NICOLÁS.

1. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Through this website, the user will be able to purchase tickets for the following monuments and routes. The prices indicated include applicable taxes:

(*) Reduced rate: Applicable to children, students, retirees, unemployed, people with disabilities, pilgrims with credentials, large families and groups of 10 or more people. It will be mandatory to present the valid accreditation document at the access control.

()** Free admission:** Applicable to children under 8 years old, priests, consecrated and seminarians. Also, the visit will be free for the general public on Mondays from 17:00h to 19:00h.


2. PURCHASING PROCESS

The user must select the type of ticket (Normal or Reduced), the date and the number of tickets. After completing the contact information and making the payment through the secure gateway, you will receive an email with your tickets in PDF or QR code format. It is the user's responsibility to verify that the data entered is correct and that he/she meets the requirements for the discounted rates.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment shall be made exclusively through the electronic means enabled on the website (Visa or MasterCard credit/debit cards). The transaction is encrypted to ensure the security of the buyer.

4. ACCESS TO THE MONUMENT

  • It is essential to present the ticket (printed or on a mobile device) together with the supporting document in case you have purchased a Reduced or Free ticket.
  • The ticket is valid only for the monument and date selected.
  • The organization reserves the right of admission and the possibility of modifying opening hours due to the needs of worship or extraordinary events.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Given the nature of the service (tickets for events or monuments with a specific date and time), and in accordance with Article 103 l) of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, no changes or refunds will be admitted once the purchase has been finalized, except in the following cases:

  • Cancellation by the person in charge: If for reasons of force majeure or technical closure the monument cannot be visited, an alternative date or full reimbursement will be offered.
  • Technical error in the purchase: In case of duplicity of payment or error in the emission system demonstrated.

6. RESPONSIBILITY

The PARROQUIA SAN NICOLÁS is not responsible for tickets that have not been purchased at the official points of sale. Likewise, it is not responsible for the loss or theft of the ticket after its delivery to the user.
